Albarza is the controller of your personal data under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
2. Data we collect
Name, email, credentials, prompts, uploaded files, generated content and technical usage data.
3. Lawful basis and purpose
We process data to deliver the service, for platform security, and with your consent for marketing.
4. Training on your data
We do not use your prompts, files or outputs to train models.
5. Sharing and cross-border transfers
We share data with model, hosting and payment providers as needed under contractual safeguards, and meet legal requirements for transfers outside the UAE.
6. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable period after deletion, except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, port, delete, object and withdraw consent in Settings or by contacting us.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and regular security reviews.
